It was 40 years ago that Hästens adopted the signature blue check as its symbol for the world’s finest handmade beds, built with a unique layer-upon-layer technique. To mark the anniversary of this iconic design, they are launching four new beds with increased sleep comfort – Herlewing, Eala, Maranga and a refined 2000T. With this news, Hästens takes another step forward on their mission: to make the world healthier, happier and more awake. The names of the new bed models mean “awakening” in three different languages. Herlewing is Afrikaans, Eala is Hawaiian and Maranga is Maori.
